About Everdream

The Sound of Ireland

Everdream is an all-female trio of Harp, Violin and Voice - classical music with a celtic twist and a modern edge! Their sound is a cross between Enya, Celtic Woman and Sarah Brightman and they have been touring USA for over ten years with their hit show 'A Celtic Christmas', selling out venues in the Pacific Northwest of the country. They have proven particularly popular on the Corporate Entertainment circuit in Ireland with their unique blend of styles. Each member of the group has a Masters in Music and has performed on international stages with everyone from Sinead O'Connor to Michael Buble! Their music weaves seamlessly between Opera, Trad and Celtic-infused Chart music and they bring a touch of Irish wit and charm to each performance ensuring they leave a lasting impression with their audience.

The Singer: Emer Barry is a soprano, classically trained in Opera but in high demand for her Celtic sound. She has recorded for  Video Games (Warhammer 3) and features as a guest on numerous albums from Liam Lawton to Mustafa Khetty. She has performed as a soloist with the RTE Concert Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra on RTE Lyric fm and RTE One TV. She is known for her sense of humour on stage, her cheeky alter ego 'Carmen' and her love of tiaras!

The Violinist: Mary McCague is the Violinist with Everdream. But she is also a concert pianist and a Music director and arranger for many orchestras and choirs across the country making her the most versatile member of the group. A multiple first prize winner at the Dublin Feis Ceoil, Mary has performed both as soloist and orchestral pianist with the RTE Concert Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra. Mary is known as the 'smiley' one in the group and has a knack for composing Irish tunes to go with Pop songs! She also has the sparkliest jewellery collection in the land!

The Harpist: Teresa O'Donnell is the Harpist with Everdream and is the only member of the group that is studying for a PhD! A diverse musician, she has appeared on stage with Andrea Bocelli, Sinead O' Connor, The Chieftains, The Celtic Tenors, Tommy Fleming, Katherine Jenkins and the Irish Chamber Orchestra. Teresa has appeared on BBC, RTÉ, CNN and NHK (Japan). Teresa is known as the 'historian' of the group with a dry wit that catches everyone off guard! She can be heard on tour sharing witty nuggets of Irish history with the enthralled audience!
